You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.\nWork Location: Rawson 3150 (Panamericana - Ruta 9-KM 34.5)\nSalary: 46000\nLanguage(s): Spanish, English, Portuguese is preferred\nThere are free charters available to the office\nLunch is free in-office\n Duties and Responsibilities:\nNeed someone who is good at setting expectations with candidates and the business\nLead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.\nEvaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.\nKeep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.\nPartner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.\nMentor Recruiters and other team members.\n Position Requirements:\n7+ years experience recruiting across multiple countries in LATAM is required\nWorkday experience required\nBachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).\nSignificant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.\nFamiliarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.\nKnowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition. \nA career at Cielo will give you the opportunity to work with the industry’s smartest people and to take ownership of your success!
