This role partners closely with client services teams and stakeholders to provide meaningful insights, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.\nAs a trusted reporting partner, the Senior Reporting Analyst is expected to work independently, build strong stakeholder relationships, and provide consultative support on reporting strategy, analytics, reporting governance, and process optimization.\nLocation Specifics\nLocation: Megatower, Mandaluyong\n Position Setup: Hybrid (Twice per month)\n Shift: M-F | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PHT (1st Shift)\nPlease note: As part of the interview process, we may ask you to showcase examples of your previous reports, dashboards, or analytics projects. Kindly have a portfolio or work samples available for discussion.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead the delivery of recurring client reporting in accordance with established service level agreements.\nServe as a primary reporting and analytics resource for assigned accounts and stakeholders.\nManage and complete ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.\nCreate, maintain, and continuously improve reporting dashboards, templates, and data visualization tools.\nDevelop and maintain billing templates and support monthly billing reconciliation processes.\nAnalyze reporting trends and provide actionable recommendations to Client Services Managers, Client Services Directors, and account leadership teams.\nPartner with client services teams to improve reporting efficiency, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added reporting activities.\nProactively engage stakeholders to understand evolving reporting requirements and business priorities.\nSupport reporting governance, data quality initiatives, and reporting best practices across the organization.\nPresent findings, trends, and recommendations in a clear and consultative manner to stakeholders.\nMentor and support less experienced reporting analysts as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Requirements\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nAbility to communicate complex data and insights effectively to stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and operate with limited supervision.\nExposure / Technical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation.\nExperience with SQL, Power Query, VBA/Macros, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.\nStrong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting platforms.\nExperience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce reporting, HR reporting, or recruitment reporting.\nPrevious experience supporting RPO, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or outsourced business services environments preferred.\nExperience managing recurring and ad hoc reporting requests while maintaining data accuracy and service levels.\nExperience working directly with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights that support business objectives.\nEducation\nAssociate's degree required.\nBachelor's degree strongly preferred.\n All
