This role plays a key part in executing optical test activities, resolving production issues, and supporting product lifecycle initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position contributes to reliable product delivery through data-driven testing, analysis, and continuous process improvement.\nHow you will make an impact:\nImplement optical test plans and procedures for pluggable modem products in accordance with technical specifications.\nResolve factory technical issues and provide guidance for product rework activities.\nCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and product development teams to address optical performance issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing optical test processes.\nParticipate in new product introduction and ongoing product lifecycle support activities.\nDocument test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.\nEvaluate product repairability and serviceability from an optical testing perspective.\nThe must haves:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.\nExperience: 2+ years of experience in optical test development and execution.\nApplication of optical communication principles and technologies.\nUtilization of optical test equipment including optical spectrum analyzers, power meters, and tunable lasers.\nExperience with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.\nKnowledge of product development and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts.\nThai language required.
