In this role, the individual will collaborate closely with teams in the US and Taipei to develop, integrate, and deploy AI-powered People Operations (Pops) applications, with a primary focus on frontend development and user experience.\nStrong expertise and hands-on experience in frontend web application development are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building intuitive, user-friendly applications, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain modern web application user interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies.\nCollaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs.\nWork with product owners and customer stakeholders to understand UI requirements and user workflows.\nDevelop responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.\nTroubleshoot UI issues and improve application usability and performance.\nParticipate in code reviews and continuously improve software quality.\nWork closely with QA and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with component libraries such as Material UI or similar.\nExperience with frontend testing frameworks.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Agile software development.\nBasic understanding of Java/Kotlin backend services.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills and Experiences:\n2-5 years of professional frontend development experience.\nStrong experience with React, TypeScript, Angular or Vue.js etc.\nStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.\nExperience integrating RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with frontend state management and modern frontend development practices.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.\nEducation and Training:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. \nPreferred Education and Certification:\nBenefits\nExtended group insurance including prescription drugs, dental and vision cares\nRRSP employer match\n15 days annual vacation\nCIeNET offers equal opportunities to people.
