Collaborate with product, marketing, copywriters, and developers.\n- Bring new compositional, typographic, interactive, and animation ideas to the table.\n- Occasionally work on product tasks: individual screens, user flows, and mobile funnels. Prepare files for handoff to development and support implementation.\nWhat we're looking for\n- 3+ years of experience as a Digital / Web Designer.\n- Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience with Readymag, Tilda, Webflow, or similar platforms - understanding their capabilities, strengths, and technical limitations.\n- Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and how to create visual emphasis.\n- Strong visual awareness and knowledge of current digital trends and interactive techniques in web design and branding.\n- Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to propose visual solutions and new interaction patterns on your own - not just execute tasks.\n- Ability to work with an existing identity and evolve it in a digital environment, balancing system and expressiveness without making every page feel like the same template.\n- Ability to explain your decisions and discuss not just visuals, but meaning, user experience, and communication goals with the team.\n- Strong self-management: meeting deadlines and communicating clearly about task status, risks, and changes in plans.\n- English at B1 or above: comfortable working with English-language content, understanding written content, and using it independently in design work.\nNice to have\n- Understanding of HTML/CSS, creative coding, motion, and non-standard web development approaches.\n- Understanding of animation and interaction, and the ability to create animations in After Effects.\n- Experience creating experimental digital projects.\nWork format\n- Remote, full-time.\n- 3-month probation period.\nInterested in the role?
