This position is based in Torrance, California.\nResponsibilities\nAs our Antenna Product Manager, you would be responsible for:\nLong term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers\n\nWorking with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio\n\nCreation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets\n\nDefining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies\n\n“Go-to-market” strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral\n\nGather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy\n\nAnalyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions\n\nEvaluate competitive products and technology trends\n\nAccountable for the success of new product launches\n\nNational and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs\n\nRepresent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences\n\nQualifications\nMust-Have:\nDegree in Business, Engineering or related technical field\n5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industry\nApplicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information\nKey Success Factors:\nWillingness to continually learn in business and technology\nEnthusiastic and self-motivated\nAttention to detail, but balanced with a high-level overview\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work and communicate across a variety of departments in a matrix organization\nAbility to understand different technical and business audience and adjust the message accordingly\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills\n“Out of the box” thinking\nData driven decision making\nNice-to-Have:\nMBA\n10+ years of B2B experience in hardware technologies\nNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
