Our technologies are shaping the production and people-related ecosystems to become increasingly connected and autonomous, ensuring a scalable, sustainable future.\nResponsibilities\nAs Business Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for these activities:\nProcess and maintain business records, including customer orders, engineering documentation, datasets, and other operational information.\nSupport ERP and PLM system administration by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate data and records.\nCoordinate and track Engineering Change Orders, Temporary Deviation Notices, and customer orders through completion.\nMonitor workflows and business processes to ensure activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.\nCommunicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, documentation, deliveries, and process updates.\nPrepare and distribute datasets, reports, documentation packages, and other business records to internal and external customers.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.\nProvide administrative and operational support while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data management procedures.\nQualifications\nMust Have:\nHigh school diploma required. Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively manage competing deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nNice To Have:\nExperience using ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.\nExperience using PLM systems such as Windchill.\nPrevious experience in customer service, administration, manufacturing, supply chain, data management, or order processing.\nKnowledge of manufacturing, engineering change management, or logistics processes.\nLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.\nKey Success Factors:\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nPositive, customer-focused attitude.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nInitiative and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.\nFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.\nNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
