This role offers you a chance to work hands-on alongside our team of GNSS Anti-jam product engineers working on the GAJT portfolio of products. Working with our experienced team of electrical, software and system engineers you will gain valuable experience in hardware, software or system design and verification.\nThe Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based onsite in Calgary, AB.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Defense Engineering Intern , responsibilities include:\nDesign, execution and documentation of verification methods for our Antijam products\nTroubleshoot failing tests and/or units under test\nTest automation and postprocessing using Matlab and Python\nContribute to the design of the Antijam product HW and/or SW (depending on the capabilities of the successful candidate)\nParticipate in design reviews\nQualifications\nMust-Have:\nRegistered in the Engineering Internship/Co-op program and have completed at least your 2nd or 3rd year of studies by the start of your work term\nEnrolled in Electrical Engineering at an accredited post secondary institution\nAvailable for a minimum 12 month work term, 37.5 hours a week \nStrong academic credentials\nStrong communication skills, both oral and written \nKey Success Factors:\nAble to work in a collaborative team environment\nConfident Self-starter\nDetail oriented person able to follow complex instructions with a “first-time right” attitude\nMotivated by challenging work\nYou are comfortable working individually but know when to ask for help\nNice-to-Have:\nInterest in Signals and Systems, RF Circuit Design, or Embedded Software Design\nExperience with Matlab and Python\nNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
