We are putting data to work to boost efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, public sector, and mobility applications.Our technologies are shaping the production and people-related ecosystems to become increasingly connected and autonomous, ensuring a scalable, sustainable future.\nResponsibilities\nAs Manufacturing Test Engineer you will be responsible for these activities:\nDrive Design for Testing (DFT) reviews by collaborating with R&D and hardware design teams early in the product lifecycle to optimize product testability.\nDevelop test requirements, procedures, and product-specific testing software using C++, C#, and scripting languages.\nDesign and develop product-specific test fixtures, including schematic design, PCB layout coordination, mechanical CAD components, and supplier collaboration.\nLead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) activities and qualify test solutions through measurement system analysis, test coverage analysis, and validation.\nSupport prototype and pilot build testing at global manufacturing locations and work closely with design and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.\nAnalyze production data and deliver reports that drive improvements in product quality and manufacturing yield.\nContinuously improve test development processes by identifying, communicating, and resolving recurring issues.\nQualifications\nMust Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering.\nMinimum 3 years of technical experience in hardware development or electronics manufacturing.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematic diagrams.\nExperience with schematic capture and PCB layout.\nPractical object-oriented programming experience using C++ and C#.\nValid passport and ability to travel internationally.\nAbility to safely lift and handle equipment weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs).\nNice To Have:\nAdvanced scripting experience using Lua and Python.\nFamiliarity with Xilinx FPGA development flows.\nMechanical design experience and familiarity with CAD software.\nUnderstanding of GNSS and RF technologies.\nKey Success Factors:\nExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects.\nHighly self-directed with the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to team success.\nClear, concise, and professional verbal communication skills.\nStrong technical writing and documentation capabilities.\nAnalytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and root cause analysis.\nNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
