We are putting data to work to boost efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, public sector, and mobility applications.\nOur technologies are shaping the production and people-related ecosystems to become increasingly connected and autonomous, ensuring a scalable, sustainable future.\nResponsibilities\nAs System Administrator you will be responsible for these activities:\nManage and maintain cloud and datacentre infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across public and private cloud environments.\nDeploy, configure, monitor, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based services, platforms, and applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements.\nConduct system audits, perform updates, and implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues while providing timely support to minimize business disruption.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.\nCollaborate with IS and development teams to establish best practices for automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure management.\nResearch and implement improvements that enhance system performance, scalability, and security.\nQualifications\nMust Have:\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure.\nSolid understanding of VMware technologies including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.\nExtensive experience administering Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure operations, security, and system availability concepts.\nExcellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.\nNice To Have:\nExperience with Linux server administration and configuration management tools such as Proxmox, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\nKnowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles across VMware, Windows, and cloud environments.\nExperience with scripting and automation in Linux and Windows environments.\nProfessional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.\nKey Success Factors:\nAbility to analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network issues across on-premises and cloud environments.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nProactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nAbility to manage priorities effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services.\nNot sure if you meet all the qualifications for this role?
