With approximately 50 employees across Virginia and North Carolina, Cii Service combines the stability of an established company with a hands-on, collaborative approach to service and operational excellence.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nLead all accounting operations, including general ledger, job costing, payroll, billing and revenue recognition. \nOversee A/R, A/P and payroll.\nManage Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting to maintain healthy project margins\nManage Percentage of Completion job cost revenue\nPerform full-cycle month end close processes.\nCollaborate with the headquarters accounting team to report numbers and provide financial analysis.\nOversee cash flow management and working capital.\nPerform forecasting and budget analysis. \nAssist operations with annual budget process.\nComplete personal property, business license and sales and use reporting\nManage inventory\nOther duties and special projects as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.\nRobust understanding of month-end close procedures.\n5+ years of accounting experience, including month-end closing, preferably in construction or a related industry\nProactive problem solver with strong multi-tasking and analytic abilities\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nWell versed in Excel, and Pivot Tables.\nGreat Plains or other comparable ERP system experience.\n\nSalary:\nThe salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
