With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.\nResponsibilities:\nManage portfolio of clients within the RCG domain and identify opportunities to grow client accounts, including technology-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives\nDevelop account management strategies (farming, up-selling, cross-selling etc.) with a focus on IT- enabled services and emerging technologies\nManage client accounts and build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted technology advisor\nCoordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, ensuring integration of IT systems and compliance with security standards\nLiaise with account partners and digital teams for effective collaboration on client accounts, including technical solution design and implementation oversight\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer/ Digital Engineering or related\nExperience in client communication.
