The aim of which is consolidation of multiple payment gateways into one target gateway platform. Strong USA Payments domain expertise and hands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms is mandatory for the candidate in this role. The candidate will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Development, Migration and QA Teams. Hands-on experience with payment platform migrations, the SAFe environment, and working at the Program level is highly preferable.\nResponsibilities:\nElicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional and transition requirements through business and technical stakeholder discussions, workshops and reverse engineering\nCreate and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and data process flows\nCreate documentation enabling the technical teams: Solution Architecture, Development, Data and Migration teams\nWork closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Data and Migration Engineers, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC\nProvide functional expertise across the US Payment landscape, focusing on the gateway technical processing rather than card products and e2e payments for the customer's\nProvide expertise with TSYS/card processing platforms and understand processor integrations and downstream systems\nAnalyze change requests, perform impact analysis, and identify and manage dependencies across streams\nManage requirements at the Program level\nConduct data analysis, data mapping, and scenario planning for the migration\nSupport migration and UAT planning, test case reviews, defect triage, and production releases\nCollaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are completely covered through functional and integration testing\nDefine and document non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Solution Architects and the QA team\nWork with APIs, data flows, interfaces, and system integrations to translate business requirements into technical specifications\nActively plan and drive SAFe ceremonies including backlog refinement, PI and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives\nMaintain requirements traceability from business requirements through development, testing, and migration completion\nSupport investigation and resolution of production issues and business queries\nWork with payment networks and industry standards, including Visa, Mastercard, and relevant regulatory/compliance requirements\nRequirements:\nDeep and wide knowledge of the USA Payment landscape\nPayment processor background\nStrong knowledge of the TSYS Acquiring platforms (such as Saratoga, Sierra, Summit); TSYS BETs and TSYS PPM\nKnowledge of TSYS EIS 1080 (Authorization) and EIS 1081 (Settlement & Clearing)\nUnderstanding of the card scheme rules, transactions (such as tipping, surcharges, split billing, DCC / FX at POS); Terminal vendor protocols Verifone, Ingenico etc\nUnderstanding of card authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation\nExperience with tokenization and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay\nExperience working with Visa/Mastercard mandates and compliance changes\nExperience with payment fraud, risk, or regulatory initiatives\nStrong experience with data mapping and migration of complex platforms\nSQL knowledge for data validation and analysis\n7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst\nDeep expertise in the USA Payments domain, including regulatory compliance (such as ACH, PCI, etc.)\nHands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms\nTechnical background: SQL, API, system integrations, data flows, data analysis and mapping\nBasic understanding of architecture principles\nExperience with requirements elicitation and documentation, creation of BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process and data flows at the appropriate technical level\nExperience with UAT, integration testing, defect management, and release support\nStrong proven experience leveraging AI throughout the SDLC and BA/SA workflows, quickly adapting to the wide variety of AI tools\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills\nExperience with Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps\nAbility to maintain at least six (6) hours of daily working-hour overlap with North American business hours (approximately 09:00-17:00 across the US Eastern to Pacific time zones)\nWhat’s in it for you?\nStrong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment\nGrowth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise\nTailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications\nEndless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies\nCare: Healthcare, Basic Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability insurance according to the Company’s Benefit Plans\nAbout us:\nAt Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
