With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Lead DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.\nResponsibilities:\nSet up dev, test and prod environments in the client’s AWS accounts, working with cloud governance on network paths and standards\nBuild CI/CD pipelines for the gateway, adapters and supporting services\nConfigure secrets management, service accounts and credential rotation\nImplement logging, tracing and observability baselines with correlation IDs\nDeploy the API gateway (AWS API Gateway or Kong) using vendor-neutral policies\nProduce the deployment view, environment and connectivity matrix, and credentials request\nBuild monitoring, alerting, runbooks, rollback plans and the operational handover pack\nSupport production releases through change control and hypercare\nRequirements:\n4+ years in DevOps or platform engineering on AWS\nInfrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar)\nExperience with AWS API Gateway or Kong, Lambda or containers (ECS/EKS), and VPC networking\nSecrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or Vault) and IAM best practice\nObservability tooling such as CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry or Datadog\nExperience writing runbooks and handing over to client operations teams\nComfortable working within enterprise change control and cloud governance\nNice to have: AWS certification, or experience supporting conversational AI or contact centre platforms\nWhat’s in it for you?\nStrong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment\nGrowth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise\nTailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications\nEndless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies\nCare: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations\nAbout us:\nAt Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
