You will advise clients on designing and implementing solutions that transform their business areas through automation and advanced AI, working with senior stakeholders at multi-billion revenue companies.\nYou will lead the full project lifecycle - from strategic requirements and detailed process mapping to delivery governance and organizational change management. You will be the bridge between the client's strategic vision and the technical delivery team, making sure complex Intelligent Automation and AI solutions turn into measurable business value.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle - requirements definition, AS-IS/TO-BE process modelling, gap analysis and documentation for automation solutions\nOwn the full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of transformation initiatives project charters, scope, schedule, budget, risks and cross-functional teams\nDesign and facilitate executive-level workshops to align on project scope and strategic objectives\nLead stakeholder communication across all project phases, manage expectations and secure organizational buy-in\nAct as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, build business cases, define success metrics and lead programme governance to deliver the expected ROI\nWork closely with automation developers and business SMEs, leading QA planning and traceability from business requirement to deployed solution\nMentor and coach junior consultants on requirements gathering, process modelling and delivery methodologies\nContribute to the growth of the Ciklum IA practice - internal initiatives, departmental assets, business development and pre-sales\nRequirements:\nWe know that sometimes, you can't tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you're a good fit!\nUniversity degree or equivalent experience\nStrong expertise in structured Business Analysis - complex requirements gathering, process mapping (e.g. BPMN) and functional / technical specifications for IA or AI solutions\nExpert knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies, with proven experience in delivery management and project governance\nStrong skills in managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders\nCommercial understanding of Intelligent Automation and the business application of AI, including Generative AI\nExecutive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C- level stakeholders\nUnderstanding of the non-technical and regulatory side of AI - bias, risk mitigation and ethical use\nWillingness to travel to client sites when required\nFluent English, written and verbal\nDesirable:\nHands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism\nConsulting background with enterprise clients\nPre-sales or business development experience\nCertifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g. CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2)\nWhat’s in it for you?\nCare: your mental and physical health is our priority.
