Design, build, and optimize enterprise data pipelines and lakehouse solutions aligned to Client's data architecture, governance standards, and cloud-first strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven capabilities.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and operational platforms \nBuild and support ICC’s cloud-based data lakehouse architecture (aligned to medallion layers and governance standards) \nDevelop and maintain data models, semantic layers, and curated datasets for analytics and business intelligence \nTranslate business requirements into technical data solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders \nEnsure data quality, integrity, and security in alignment with ICC data governance and compliance standards \nOptimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and storage performance across AWS and Azure platforms \nSupport data integration initiatives including Data Lake, D365 ERP, and CRM/AMS platforms \nMonitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of data systems \nContribute to continuous improvement of data architecture, standards, and best practices \nSupport AI and analytics initiatives by enabling high-quality, accessible data for downstream consumption \nAbility to establish positive working relationships with multiple disciplines of Information technology department & staff levels\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate and receive feedback regarding ongoing projects\nDemonstrated ability to respond to business issues with the appropriate sense of urgency\nSense of when to escalate a problem or ask for assistance\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field \n4+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development \nStrong experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments \nHands-on experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, DMS) and Azure (Data Factory, SSIS) \nStrong proficiency in SQL and relational database design \nSolid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architecture \nExperience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data processing \nExperience with data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nDesirable:\nExperience with medallion/lakehouse architecture patterns\nExperience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure)\nExperience with Databricks, Spark, or Azure Fabric \nExperience with Power BI or enterprise reporting platforms \nFamiliarity with AI/ML data enablement and tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock, RAG concepts) \nExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices \nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC\nWhat’s in it for you?\nStrong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment\nGrowth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise\nTailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications\nEndless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies\nCare: Healthcare, Basic Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability insurance according to the Company’s Benefit Plans\nAbout us:\nAt Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
