With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Technical Delivery Manager (Embedded & IoT), you will become a part of a cross-functional development team, ensuring smooth and successful project execution across all stages-from initial pre-sales to final delivery. You will be responsible for balancing competing constraints, managing large-scale teams, and maintaining high-level customer relationships that drive sustainable business growth. In this role, you will also closely collaborate with engineering and QA teams working on mobile, IoT and hardware-related products, including both iOS and Android applications, firmware components, and connected device ecosystems. A strong understanding of technical delivery in such environments is highly beneficial.\nResponsibilities:\nStrategic Delivery & Planning: Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources while creating and monitoring a project plan Experience with test strategy, test planning and test design is highly valued to ensure delivery quality\nClient Engagement & Growth: Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with customers at all levels to deliver and grow your accounts\nFinancial & Contractual Management: Manage project budgets, time, and financials, including gross margin, rate cards, and budget forecasting. Prepareinvoicing details\n\nRisk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, developing contingency plans and initiating corrective actions. Experience with incident management and production issue coordination is an advantage\nTeam Leadership & Operations: Build project dedicated development team, coordinate team ramp-up, onboarding, and resource allocation for teams of upto 20 FTE, including function team management and coordination of cross-functional engineering, QA, and product teams\n\nPre-sales & Process Excellence: Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs\nStakeholder Coordination: Coordination of external and internal stakeholders involved in the project\nAdditionally, experience with Agile QA processes, system testing, mobile testing (iOS/Android), TestFlight, product analytics, test reporting and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab and Docker is considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with Python or C++ environments and collaboration with embedded/firmware development teams is also beneficial\nRequirements:\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Delivery / Project Management, ideally within IT Outsourcing\nTeam Management: Proven track record of managing multiple agile teams or projects of ut to 20 FTE\nAgile Expertise: In-depth understanding and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban (SAFe)\nBusiness Acumen: Strong commercial understanding, financial literacy (GM, budget forecasting), and familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA)\nProject Governance: Ability to supervise Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases\nSoft Skills: Problem-solving attitude using systems-thinking and ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\nEducation: Bachelor’s/Master's in IT, Electronics or a similar field\nCertifications: Agile certification (Scrum Master or ICAgile) recommended; PMI CAPM or similar foundations are a plus\nCommunication: Advanced level of spoken and written English\nFluent Slovak language on B2 or higher level\nWe value team interaction and the shared energy of working together in person. This role follows a hybrid model requiring at least 3 days a week in ourBratislava office (fully remote is not available)\n\nWillingness to be employed under an employment contract (no B2B cooperation)\nDesirable:\nThis role operates in a highly technical engineering environment involving mobile, embedded and IoT systems.
