partnership, responsiveness, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe as the product manager for a portfolio of business-critical platforms, ensuring solutions effectively support business objectives, operational processes, and strategic initiatives.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps.\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives, coordinating across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and project stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams design, enhance, and optimize workflows, data models, and reporting capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain reporting, analytics, and data solutions that provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable information.\nEstablish and maintain documentation, operating procedures, governance practices, and controls that support sustainable platform operations and compliance requirements.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n7+ years in product management, business systems analysis, operations, technology delivery, or related roles supporting business-critical applications and processes.\nExperience working in financial services, real estate, asset management, lending, and/or investment operations preferred.\nExperience with systems implementations, platform enhancements, process transformation initiatives, or technology modernization efforts preferred.\nABOUT YOU:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and develop practical solutions.\nExperience working with enterprise applications, business systems, data platforms, reporting solutions, or operational technologies.\nComfortable working with data, reporting, integrations, APIs, and technical teams to investigate issues, evaluate options, and support decision-making.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology organizations.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational responsibilities in a fast-paced
