You could even become a shareholder in the company.\nAt CIMA+, we give you the freedom and flexibility to manage your work on your own terms and the opportunity to work on projects you can relate to.\nWelcome to CIMA+\n Operate and Evolve CIMA+’s Enterprise AI Platforms\nWe are looking for an AI Platform Administrator to administer and optimize CIMA+’s enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and other approved AI solutions.\nReporting to the AI Solutions Team Lead, you will ensure these platforms are secure, well-governed, cost-effective, and aligned with CIMA+’s AI strategy. You will work closely with the AI Enablement team, AI Strategy & Delivery leadership, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, users, and vendors.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAdminister enterprise AI platforms, including users, roles, licenses, permissions, configurations, and features\nMonitor usage, consumption, credits, overages, and licensing, and recommend optimization opportunities\nMaintain reporting on adoption, usage, costs, and platform trends\nStay current on product roadmaps, releases, licensing changes, and new capabilities\nAssess the operational and governance impacts of new features before deployment\nCollaborate with Infrastructure on identity, access, SSO, SCIM, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations \nSupport platform governance, security controls, and approved configurations\nTroubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors\nMaintain platform documentation, procedures, and administrative standards\nPartner with the AI Enablement team to communicate changes and support adoption\n Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n3-5 years of experience in SaaS, Microsoft 365, cloud, or enterprise platform administration\nExperience with user administration, licensing, permissions, identity, configuration, and operational support\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID\nGood understanding of Generative AI platforms and their enterprise use\nExperience monitoring usage, licensing, and technology costs\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills\nAbility to learn rapidly and keep pace with evolving AI technologies\nIntegrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence\nAssets\nExperience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or similar platforms\nExperience with SSO, SCIM, RBAC, APIs, or automation\nKnowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI\nExperience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Power Platform \n At CIMA+, we recognize the richness and diversity of each individual’s experience.
