As part of our growing AI team, you'll develop intelligent agents, generative AI applications, and AI-powered automations that solve real business challenges. Working closely with the AI Team Lead, AI Enablement team, business stakeholders, and developers, you'll help define the technical direction of our AI platform while mentoring junior engineers and establishing engineering best practices. If you're passionate about building enterprise-grade AI solutions and shaping the future of agentic AI, we'd love to hear from you.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, deploy, and support production-ready AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automations\nArchitect scalable agentic AI solutions using modern techniques such as RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory management, and enterprise integrations\nTranslate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions\nBuild and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services\nImplement development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization\nMentor junior developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing\nContribute to AI standards, reusable components, and development practices that support CIMA+'s long-term AI strategy\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\n5+ years of experience in software development, AI, or data engineering, including deploying generative or agentic AI solutions to production\nStrong Python development skills and experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications\nHands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and modern agentic AI architectures\nStrong understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques\nExperience with Azure AI Foundry and the Azure ecosystem, including Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage, and Microsoft Entra ID\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams\nBilingualism (French and English) is required to support operations across Canada\nIntegrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence\nIf you have any questions, please contact Ibrahima Amadou LY\n#LI-Hybrid\nAt CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
