Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.\nActive Secret Clearance.\n1 or more years of general (full-time) work experience.May be reduced with completion of advanced education\n\n1 or more years of directly related experience in cloud engineering related roles.\nUnderstanding of principals supporting Cloud infrastructure components including compute, network, and storage.\nFamiliar with Kubernetes and containerization.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform.\nExperience in a Linux computing environment.\nUnderstanding of compute, networking, storage, and DevSecOps.\nMeet DoD 8570 certification requirements (e.g. Sec+) within 60 days of hire.\n\nDesired Skills, Experience, or Education:\nAbility to obtain/maintain a DoW Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SCI eligibility.\nA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n1 or more years of Cloud certifications (e.g, VMware Certified Professional - VCF Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)\nExperience with continuous delivery tools (VCFA Blueprints, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.)\nExperience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal cloud initiatives.\nExperience with model-based system engineering models and tools.\nExperience working in an agile environment.\nExperience administering a Linux environment (e.g. RHEL 9.x)\nExperience writing and executing with automation tools.\nExperience with scripting languages (e.g. YAML, Python, Bash)\n\nThis position is anticipated to close to applications on November 3, 2026.
