This position is expected to be fully onsite in either Seal Beach, CA; Aurora, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; El Segundo, CA; Herndon, CA; or Leesburg, VA.\n\nKey Duties:\nDesign, implementation, and sustainment of secure DevSecOps pipelines and automation capabilities in air-gapped and on-premises environments.\nArchitect and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code solutions to support repeatable provisioning, configuration, and deployment in disconnected environments.\nEstablish and govern secure container build, storage, transfer, and deployment processes for isolated networks and restricted-access systems.\nProvide technical leadership for integration, deployment, and test environments through standardization, access control, and baseline management.\nTroubleshoot complex platforms, application, infrastructure, and security issues across development, integration, test, and deployment boundaries.\nLead implementation of automated testing, monitoring, and validation capabilities to improve reliability, traceability, and mission readiness.\nApply metrics and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement of DevSecOps tools, processes, and system performance.\nGuide remediation of security vulnerabilities and implementation of compliance controls within secure disconnected enterprise environments.\nLead stakeholder engagement to define priorities, drive consensus, and align DevSecOps product direction with program needs.\nPartner with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, senior leadership, and external customers to gather requirements, drive implementation, and support adoption of DevSecOps capabilities.\nOwn DevSecOps product planning and execution to ensure delivery of secure, mission-aligned capabilities.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to drive implementation of DevSecOps enhancements and support adoption.\nProvide leadership for DevSecOps roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and performance tracking.\n\nRequired/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nAbility to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include, but is not limited to, testing for marijuana use.\nThis position requires access to federal facilities. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.\nMust have an active TS/SCI security clearance. \nMinimum years of related experience: 5 or more years for level 4, 10 or more years for level 5.\nExperience leading software teams or projects.\nExperience utilizing Agile development processes.\nDevelopment Operations (DevOps) or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) experience.\nContinuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience using appropriate code versioning, build, and test automation tools.\nSenior (level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).\nSenior (level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).\n\nDesired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.\nTest automation experience.\nExperience deploying and sustaining Docker and Kubernetes solutions in air-gapped environments, including cluster administration, orchestration, automation, security, and performance optimization.\nExperience with cloud-based container platforms such as AWS.\nProficient with the GitLab ecosystem.\nSecurity+ or equivalent certification.\nProficient with a variety of software development languages, tools, and techniques.\n\nBusiness Profile:\n\nCimarron is a global solutions company with a strategic partnering approach to satisfying customer-driven requirements.
