This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex product problems and believes great design should make powerful technology feel simple.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end product design across web applications from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and implementation.\nDesign intuitive experiences for AI-powered workflows, agents, insights, recommendations, and task execution.\nSimplify complex data, analytics, and operational workflows into clear and actionable experiences.\nDesign dashboards, data visualizations, tables, filters, alerts, workflows, and interactive states.\nCreate experiences that make AI outputs explainable, transparent, and trustworthy.\nDesign human-in-the-loop experiences such as recommendations, approvals, exceptions, reviews, and audit trails.\nWork closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to translate business requirements into elegant product experiences.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.\nBuild and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.\nCreate high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interactions and validate ideas before development.\nCollaborate with engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.\nContinuously improve the product based on customer feedback, usage data, and usability insights.\nRequirements:\n2-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably working on B2B SaaS, enterprise, fintech, analytics, AI, or data-heavy products.\nStrong understanding of user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.\nExcellent command of tools such as Figma and prototyping/design systems.\nExperience designing complex web applications with multiple user roles, workflows, and data states.\nStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability, and design principles.\nAbility to turn ambiguous problems into simple and intuitive product experiences.\nStrong product thinking: you should be comfortable asking, \"Why?
