from requirements and design, through testing, to cutover \nAct as L2 support when things do not behave as they should, and make sure postmortems produce fixes, not just documents \nProvide technical support to Application teams on troubleshooting and cloud service clarification \nWhat We Are Looking For\n5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 3+ years in a similar role \n2+ years of hands-on experience building on Google Cloud Platform \n2+ years of experience with Terraform/OpenTofu/CloudFormation, Bitbucket/Git/GitLab/GiHub, Python/Shell, as well as Linux and Windows Server \nKnowledge of managed container platforms - Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or Red Hat OpenShift \nSolid understanding of the service delivery life cycle, particularly in IT Infrastructure \nFamiliarity with Incident & Problem Management frameworks and processes \nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field \nNice to Have\nGoogle Cloud certification -
