You will be determining the scope of software development projects, collaborating on the development of software applications, and obtaining and integrating end-user feedback. To ensure success as a C/C++ developer, you should exhibit advanced C/C++ software development skills and extensive experience in collaborating on software development projects. A first-class C/C++ developer will be someone whose software development expertise translates into highly functional and user-friendly applications.\nYou’ll be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our software product.\nResponsibilities\nConsulting with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of software development projects\nCollaborating with the software development team on application design and development\nDeveloping software and function applications across multiple platforms.\nPerforming diagnostic tests and debugging procedures.\nOptimizing software by performing maintenance, bug fixes, updates, and upgrades.\nDocumenting processes and maintaining software development records.\nKeeping up to date with C++ standards and advancements in application development.\nHighly Proficient in SQL and the development and optimization of advanced queries.\nMaintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.\nCollaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.\nMaintain code integrity and organization.\nUnderstanding and implementation of security and data protection, and secure coding techniques.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed\nHelp front-end developers with coding and troubleshooting\nStay up-to-date on emerging technologies\n\nSkills\nA minimum of 2 years of experience as a C++ software developer.\nStrong knowledge of C/C++\nExtensive experience in deploying software across a variety of platforms and operating systems\nSuperb analytical and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of SQL, JavaScript, XML, and JSON\nKnowledge of or the willingness to learn and quickly become proficient with the Go Language\nHighly Proficient in SQL and the development and optimization of advanced queries.\nExperience with the use of REST APIs.\nKnowledge of code versioning tools such GIT.\nAn ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent analytical and multitasking skills\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or a related subject\nThis is an on-site software engineering position.
