implementation across assigned projects\nEstablish and enforce BIM execution plans, workflows, and standards aligned with ISO 19650\nProvide technical oversight on BIM models, federated coordination, and digital deliverables\nConduct audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport project teams in resolving digital engineering challenges\nPeople & Stakeholder Management\nLead, mentor, and develop digital engineering team members\nCoordinate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and construction teams\nAct as a subject matter expert for digital engineering best practices\nBusiness Development & Pre-Contract Support\nSupport identification and qualification of Digital Engineering opportunities\nProvide technical and commercial input to tenders and proposals\nAssist in scope definition, resource planning, and effort estimation\nParticipate in client presentations, workshops, and early project engagements\nContribute to capability statements, case studies, and knowledge sharing\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline\nProven experience as a Digital Engineering Manager, BIM Manager, or similar role\nStrong knowledge of BIM, ISO 19650, and digital delivery frameworks\nExperience managing digital engineering teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders\nExposure to pre-contract, tender, or business development support is an advantage\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong technical leadership in BIM and digital engineering\nExcellent communication and stakeholder
