The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project execution from planning through completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for ABWF, A&A, fitting-out, building works, and project execution.\nProvide on-site engineering support during the construction phase and propose appropriate construction methods for site activities.\nMonitor work progress and coordinate daily construction activities on site.\nReview subcontractors' shop drawings, technical submissions, and material submissions before client approval.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical, quality, and safety requirements are achieved.\nManage site quality control, including work schedules, progress monitoring, materials, equipment, and site resources.\nIdentify and resolve technical and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and safety standards.\nRequirements\nDegree in Engineering, Building Studies, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in ABWF, A&A, fitting-out, building works, or construction projects.\nStrong understanding of construction methodology, site coordination, and project execution.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and safety awareness.\nGood communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.\nProficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.\nExperience with main contractors will be an advantage.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of shop drawing review, material submissions, and quality control procedures.\nExperience in site supervision and contractor management.\nFamiliarity with Hong Kong construction practices and safety regulations.\nProficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/BIM tools is
