KL.\nJob Duties\nLead and manage the overall mechanical engineering design scope, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design and consultancy deliverables.\nProvide technical leadership and oversee the work of Mechanical Engineers, drafters, and BIM resources.\nCoordinate mechanical design interfaces with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.\nLead design reviews, constructability assessments, BIM coordination, and clash-resolution activities to ensure efficient project delivery.\nSupport procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including reviewing technical submissions and equipment selections.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 10 to 15 years of Mechanical Engineering design experience, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, pumping, piping, and associated mechanical systems.\nProven experience in design development, technical reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, and leading engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks, and working knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, BS/EN standards, and local regulations.\nInterested parties, please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary in your application.
