Philippines.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform quantity take-offs, design change reviews, BoQ preparation, and other quantity surveying activities across various project stages.\nCarry out QS-related tasks as assigned by the Senior QS, Lead QS, QS Manager, or Commercial Manager.\nProvide support to the estimating team as required.\nConduct first-level reviews of Junior QS deliverables when necessary.\nAnalyze and understand project specifications and material requirements.\nIdentify and evaluate potential local and international suppliers.\nCoordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.\nEscalate supplier capability issues and source alternative suppliers as required.\nReview supplier documentation and highlight discrepancies to management.\nConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress against scope requirements.\nPrepare progress reports, valuations, and payment certifications.\nManage project documentation and records.\nSupport change order and variation management processes.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\n 4+ years of quantity surveying experience within the construction industry.\nStrong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.\nExcellent
