One of the Group’s highest priorities is to create a rewarding, challenging and safe workplace for all our people.\nWe invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Selangor, Malaysia.\nLinkedIn: https://hk.linkedin.com/company/leighton-asia-india-and-offshore\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/leightonasia\nJob Duties\nManage and control all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, FAT/SAT records, test reports, checklists, punch lists, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.\nMaintain and administer document control systems, ensuring proper document registration, revision control, distribution, tracking, and archiving in accordance with project requirements.\nCoordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission, review, approval, and retrieval of project documents.\nMonitor document workflows and provide regular status reports to ensure all documentation is completed and submitted within project timelines.\nSupport project commissioning, completion, and handover activities by ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for client acceptance and project close-out.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Document Control within construction, engineering, commissioning, or large-scale project environments.\nStrong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), document workflows, transmittals, document registers, and revision control processes.\nExperience managing commissioning documentation, including testing records, reports, certificates, O&M manuals, and handover packages.\nProficiency in document management platforms such as CxAlloy, Procore, or similar systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nInterested parties, please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary in your application.
