You'll be the organizational head of IT and the driving force behind SOC 2, partner audits, and integration compliance programs. Implement access standards in partnership with the Head of Security.\n\nEndpoint Management: Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune device policies, compliance baselines, and application deployment for a fully cloud-first environment.\n\nSaaS & Vendor Management: Manage the corporate SaaS portfolio and vendor relationships, including licensing, billing, renewals, new vendor onboarding, selection, and cost optimization.\n\nCorporate Systems & Integrations: Work with RevOps, Data, and Platform teams to understand technical requirements for corporate system integrations, and own the architecture of those integrations.\n\nAI Tooling: Lead the rollout and administration of AI tools across the business. Make sure adoption follows acceptable use policies set with the Head of Security.\n\nTechnology Compliance & Audit Leadership\nAudit Leadership: Lead SOC 2 compliance audits, finance-related IT audits, and third-party partner reviews from start to finish. Coordinate with the Head of Security and the VP of Engineering so each team's controls, evidence, and remediation are ready on time.\n\nContinuous Compliance Partnership: Work with the Head of Security and the VP of Engineering to build a shared, year-round compliance rhythm, with clear control owners, regular check-ins, and no last-minute scrambles.\n\nHigh-Stakes Partner Audits: Act as the primary point of contact for rigorous partner audits (e.g., Amazon) and integration compliance programs (QuickBooks, Google, Xero). Bring in security and engineering expertise where needed.\n\nControl Ownership & Evidence: Design, operate, and monitor IT general controls. Coordinate evidence collection across Security, Engineering, and other teams so it's always current and ready on demand.\n\nCompliance Program Management: Own the compliance calendar and track control gaps and remediation across teams. Work with each team's leaders to keep commitments on track.\n\nPolicy Management: Draft, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures with the Head of Security, the VP of Engineering, People & Culture, and the SLT.\n\nStakeholder Reporting: Report compliance status, audit outcomes, and risks clearly to executives, auditors, and partners.\n\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with the Head of Security to make sure IT systems, endpoints, and identity controls meet security requirements.\n\nSupport security questionnaires and customer due diligence with IT and compliance evidence.\n\nSupport company-wide security awareness by making sure training completion and related controls are tracked for audit.\n\nHere's what you'll bring:\n5+ years leading IT operations, ideally in a scaling SaaS or tech organization operating across multiple jurisdictions.\n\nPeople leadership experience and a growth mindset, with the ability to manage and develop technical specialists.\n\nAccountable leadership of a SOC 2 (or equivalent) compliance program, including audit prep, control design, evidence management, and remediation.
