Demonstrates the capability to isolate technical discrepancies to identify fundamental root causes.\nAssumes full accountability for delivering small to medium-complexity projects, adapting functional strategies independently or within a team to secure optimal results.\nTechnical & Product knowledge\nPossesses a comprehensive understanding of EDI architecture and proficiency in the requisite tooling for connection development. Skilled in executing testing protocols to diagnose reproducible defects and propose technical resolutions. Confidently manages compliance validation across diverse retail and trading partner landscapes. Enhances collective team expertise through domain knowledge sharing, supported by a firm grasp of EDI, 3PL, and API integration workflows and bug remediation.\nCustomer Engagement & Escalations\nMaintains proactive, solution-oriented dialogue with clients, ensuring expectations are managed with transparency. Coordinates with leadership to influence outcomes when necessary and provides clear communication regarding functional limitations and feasible paths for issue resolution.\nDrives Results\nReliably achieves established monthly and quarterly performance metrics, pursuing ambitious stretch targets to consistently surpass client expectations.\nTeam Work\nOperates with high autonomy, selecting workstreams that align with organizational objectives. Cultivates a growth mindset while playing a central role in refining team methodologies and operational practices to increase scalability and efficiency.\nWhat you'll bring:\nTertiary education with a relevant degree\n\n3+ years in a client-facing role, strong understanding of relevant technologies and platforms (supply chain, inventory management, EDI/3PL) and sufficient technical knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, and web-based applications.\n\nStrong technical problem solving skills and complex understanding of customer pain points\n\nDeep domain knowledge\n\nExcellent customer service skills with consistent follow-up and the ability to handle customer requests and issues independently.
