We are growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced Director of Banking Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our external bank partnerships to drive growth, improve efficiency, educate our partners on current and new technology offerings, and mitigate risks.\nJob Summary:\nThe Director of Banking Partnerships will act as the main point of contact for our integrated bank partners with a primary focus on strengthening our relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, educating our partners on our new products/services and ensuring compliance with our strategic objectives. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills to manage complex partnerships and drive mutual benefits. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Banking & TresRE.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartnership Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.\nRelationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key bank partner contacts to foster open communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.\nPerformance Monitoring: Track growth of mutual lead generation against historical benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to increase the exchange of net new leads.\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks associated with bank partnerships, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\nPartnership Optimization: Analyze bank partner opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining best in class software integrations and service levels.\nPerformance Improvement Plans: Collaborate with underperforming bank partners to develop action plans to address issues and improve performance.\nReporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on bank partner performance, cost analysis, and key metrics on mutual customers and exchanging of net new leads.\nEducation and Enablement: Work with our banking partners and mutual customers to increase the knowledge and understanding of the value our integrations provide.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and maximize partnership benefits.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n5+ years of HOA SAAS Software and/or HOA Banking experience\nProven track record of developing and executing successful strategic partnership strategies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships\nAnalytical skills to evaluate bank partner performance and identify areas for improvement\nProject management skills to oversee bank partner integrations and contractual obligations\nUnderstanding of compliance requirements and working with internal teams to ensure CINC is adhering to banking requirements\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools\nMust be proficient in Excel and SalesForce\nTravel approx. 30%\nCINC Systems, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer of women, minorities, protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.\nWhat We Offer:\nGreat working environment\nWork/life balance\nMedical\nDental\nVision\nLife Insurance\nShort-term & Long-term disability insurance\nFlexible Spending Plan (childcare & healthcare)\n401K (matching available)\nHow to Apply:\nIf you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for building strong partnerships, please click the Apply for this Position button below and complete our online application.
