# Collection Management Digital Conversion Intern - PT

INTERNSHIP POSITION SUMMARY The Cincinnati Art Museum has an opening for a part-time Collection Management Digital Conversion Intern for the spring of 2027. This position provides the candidate an opportunity to gain collection/data management experience. The intern will assist with reviewing/organizing hardcopy permanent collection documents, audit against information in the collection management database, research/correct discrepancies and assist with the development of data standards. The Collection Management Digital Conversion Intern will also gain knowledge and experience in general collection management practices, records management, exhibition and loan processes, condition reporting, art handling and crating/packing. This is a 12-week paid internship between January-May 2027 and is scheduled for 20-24 hours per week onsite.
