The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, solve technical problems, and work effectively with both customers and internal teams.\nYour Day-to-Day\nWork with the sales team to develop solutions based on customer requirements.\nMeet with customers to understand applications, technical requirements, and project goals.\nPrepare proposals, system concepts, quotations, and bills of materials.\nReview previous projects and designs to improve accuracy and reduce errors.\nSupport customers and sales representatives with technical information during the sales process.\nCoordinate with engineering and operations teams to confirm proposed solutions are practical and achievable.\nStay informed on new technologies, products, and industry developments related to automated test systems.\nMaintain relationships with existing customers and help identify new business opportunities.\nProvide occasional travel support for customer visits, sales meetings, and field support activities.\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.\nUnderstanding of automation systems, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, and electro-mechanical systems.\nExperience preparing technical proposals, estimates, or engineered system solutions preferred.\nAbility to interpret customer requirements and develop practical technical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.\nProficiency with standard business software applications.\nProject management or customer-facing engineering experience preferred.\nWhy Cincinnati Test Systems?\nCincinnati Test Systems designs and manufactures test and measurement equipment used by manufacturers around the world.
