This role plays a critical hands-on part in assembling complex industrial machinery, wiring control panels, integrating pneumatic systems, and preparing equipment for customer delivery.\nThis position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys building custom machinery from drawings, working with tools, and contributing to high-quality automation systems deployed globally.\nWhat You’ll Do\nControl Panel Wiring\nPerform basic wiring using blueprint drawings\nComplete layout and wiring of control panels\nWire and plumb pneumatic systems\nMachine Assembly\nAssemble machine frames using power and hand tools\nPerform minor tooling assembly, including drilling and tapping\nFabricate and install machine guarding\nSupport mechanical and pneumatic integration of custom equipment\nSystem Preparation & Delivery\nDisassemble machines for shipment under direction of team lead\nCrate machines for safe delivery\nAssist with final build verification prior to shipment\nTeam & Workplace Contribution\nWork collaboratively as a team contributor\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nPerform additional duties as required or assigned\nObtain forklift and crane lift certification (provided after hire)\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalency\n1-2 years of related work experience OR an appropriate combination of education and experience\nProficiency with power and hand tools\nAbility to read and interpret basic blueprint drawings\nStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail\nAbility to work effectively in a team-based build environment\nPreferred Experience\nElectronic / Trade School certificate or higher education in electronics or mechanical systems\nExperience with pneumatic systems\nExperience assembling industrial machinery or custom automation systems\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nFrequent stooping, crouching, and ability to work in tight spaces\nExposure to live electrical wiring during assembly activities\nWhy Technicians Choose CTS\nHands-on work building complex, custom automation systems\nHigh-impact equipment used in global production environments\nVariety in projects -
