hands-on role that requires spending time on the manufacturing floor, working directly with employees to identify opportunities, troubleshoot problems, and improve day-to-day operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManufacturing Support\nProvide day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations.\nTroubleshoot production issues and recommend practical solutions.\nSupport new product introductions and engineering changes.\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and routings.\nAssist with production equipment, tooling, and fixture improvements.\nProcess Improvement\nEvaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.\nDevelop and implement process improvements and standardized work.\nRecommend improvements to manufacturing layouts, tooling, and workflows.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to support manufacturing operations.\nParticipate in design reviews to improve manufacturability.\nProvide technical support and training to production employees as needed.\nSupport root cause investigations and corrective actions.\nSystems & Documentation\nMaintain Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing documentation.\nSupport ERP updates related to manufacturing processes.\nAssist with manufacturing reporting and process documentation.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n3-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.\nExperience supporting manufacturing processes in a production environment.\nProficiency with SolidWorks.\nExperience with ERP systems.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a custom or engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement.\nExperience designing manufacturing tooling and fixtures.\nFamiliarity with
