Our products and solutions support manufacturers across a wide range of industries, including automotive, medical, energy, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing.\nWe are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team in Harrison, Ohio. This position combines mechanical design with hands-on engineering support, focusing on the improvement, maintenance, and reliability of our standard leak testing equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with equipment, and collaborating with others to develop practical engineering solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, modify, and improve mechanical components and assemblies for existing standard leak testing equipment.\nCreate and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.\nEvaluate existing product designs and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.\nWork hands-on with equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, assembly, and engineering teams to resolve production challenges and support product improvements.\nSupport engineering changes and design modifications from initial evaluation through implementation and testing.\nMaintain and improve engineering design standards, documentation, and procedures.\nEvaluate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to improve existing product designs.\nProvide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams as needed.\nPerform other engineering-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.\n1-3 years of relevant mechanical design or product engineering experience preferred.\nProficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.\nUnderstanding of mechanical engineering principles, design practices, and manufacturing processes.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work
