This position collaborates closely with the Procurement, Trade Compliance, suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, custom brokers, warehouse, and internal business partners to ensure shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade.Responsibilities:\nSupport the planning and execution of domestic and international shipments.\nCoordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation schedules with logistic providers and suppliers.\nMonitor shipment status and provide updates to internal stakeholders.\nAssist with shipment tracking, issue resolution, and delivery confirmation.\nSupport expedited shipments when business needs require urgent transportation solutions.\nPrepare and review shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate international shipments.\nEnsure shipping information is complete and accurate before shipment release.\nSupport customs clearance activities and documentation retention requirements.\nLearn and apply import/export compliance requirements under the guidance of the Trade Compliance Team\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve shipping issues and clarify requirements.\nObtain and evaluate freight quotes and containerization options to support cost-effective logistics planning.\nMaintain accurate shipment records and logistics databases.\nSupport the preparation of logistics KPI reports and dashboards.\nRequirements:\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
