This role will be responsible for applying procedures and exercising judgement to support managers and employees and process accurate payroll.Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.\nConfirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions.\nRespond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely.\nResponsible for employee updating employee records.\nElectronically files all employee forms.\nBack up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance.\nHandles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.\nRequirements:\n2 - 3 years of experience in multi-state, multi-location, payroll processing, familiarity with federal and state regulations\nExcellent customer service skills\nHighest level of confidentiality\nDetail-oriented\nStrong customer service skills\nStrong planning, organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently but be a strong team player\nBenefits Available:\nAt Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
