This role partners closely different business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into data-driven pricing recommendations and scalable pricing solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen to evaluate pricing opportunities, measure performance, automate pricing processes, and support strategic decision-making across admissions, concessions, merchandise, and promotional offerings.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with stakeholders to drive pricing, promotional, and revenue optimization initiatives.\nDevelop data-driven pricing recommendations by evaluating pricing strategies, promotions, and business performance.\nDesign and execute experiments, A/B tests, and causal measurement frameworks to quantify pricing impact.\nAnalyze customer, financial, operational, and market data to identify revenue growth opportunities and business insights.\nBuild and maintain pricing models, forecasts, dashboards, and decision-support tools.\nDevelop customer segmentation, elasticity analyses, and performance measurement frameworks to inform pricing decisions.\nConduct competitive pricing and market analyses to support strategic recommendations.\nSupport pricing implementation, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring across channels and systems.\nCommunicate analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and business impact to leadership\nDrive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and enhancement of pricing methodologies and reporting tools. \nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.\n3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, business analytics, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role.\nProven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive measurable business results.\nProficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience supporting pricing strategy, promotional analysis, revenue optimization, or customer analytics initiatives preferred.\nWorking knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages preferred.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nCurious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.\nBenefits Available:\nAt Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
