It is about helping functions change how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate.\nAs AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will work with teams across Cint to identify, shape, deliver and embed AI-enabled improvements. You will help turn business priorities and operational pain points into better workflows, smarter practices and measurable improvements in how work gets done.\nThis is a broad, hands-on transformation role. Some work may involve workflow redesign. Some may involve functional support, delivery coordination, requirements shaping, governance navigation, adoption support or helping teams move from experiment to scalable practice.\nThe purpose is simple: help Cint turn AI potential into practical operating improvement.\nWhere the role sits\nYou will join the AI Transformation Office and report to the Director, Enterprise AI Transformation.\nYou will work closely with:\nDirector, Enterprise AI Transformation - AI roadmap, priorities, governance, value tracking and executive reporting.\n\nAI Enablement & Adoption Lead - adoption, capability building, manager enablement, playbooks and behaviour change.\n\nAI/Data Architecture capability - architecture, data readiness, build / buy / configure recommendations and integration design.\n\nBusiness Technology - implementation, systems integration and operational handover.\n\nLegal, DPO, InfoSec, Infrastructure and Functional AI Domain Leads - governance, compliance, technical readiness, business ownership and adoption.\n\nYou will not own every system or every team. Your job is to create clarity, momentum and practical progress.\nWhat you will do\nIdentify and shape opportunities\nYou will work with functions to understand their priorities, pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.\nYou will help assess where AI can improve speed, quality, productivity, decision-making, risk reduction, employee experience or operating leverage.\nYou will separate useful opportunities from interesting distractions.
