Our customers use the Cint platform to post questions and get answers from real people to build business strategies, confidently publish research, accurately measure the impact of digital advertising, and more. The Cint platform is built on a programmatic marketplace, which is the world’s largest, with nearly 300 million respondents in over 150 countries who consent to sharing their opinions, motivations, and behaviours.\nWe are feeding the world’s curiosity!\n We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the day-to-day stewardship and continued evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide and develop a team, own critical platform controls, and remain directly involved in the design, configuration, release and support of business-critical solutions.\nThe role is accountable for the reliability, security, scalability and maintainability of our Salesforce estate, with particular focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce to Slack and other enterprise platforms. You will balance rapid delivery with strong governance, helping the organisation get more value from Salesforce without increasing operational or security risk.\nWhat you will be accountable for\n1. Team leadership and operating model\nLead and develop the Salesforce team, setting clear priorities, standards and expectations while creating an environment of ownership, learning and constructive challenge.\n\nAct as the senior escalation point, providing calm, evidence-led direction during incidents, complex delivery decisions and stakeholder conflicts.\n\nShape the team operating model, including capacity planning, work allocation, skills development, recruitment support and the effective use of specialist partners.\n\nBuild sustainable capability, through coaching, documentation, peer review and reducing dependency on individual team members or external suppliers.\n\n2. Salesforce platform ownership\nOwn the health and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring the platform supports commercial, customer-service and operational processes effectively.\n\nSet and enforce platform standards, covering configuration, automation, data models, naming conventions, documentation, testing and technical debt.\n\nRemain hands-on where needed, including complex Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics and troubleshooting.\n\nOwn day-to-day system administration, including user administration, joiner/mover/leaver processing, delegated administration and routine platform hygiene.\n\nConfigure and maintain Experience Cloud portals, including external sharing rules, guest user access, community settings, and partner- or customer-facing experiences.\n\nMaintain a clear platform roadmap that balances strategic improvements, regulatory or security obligations, operational resilience, and business demand.\n\nControl platform lifecycle changes, including Salesforce seasonal releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandbox strategy and environment management.\n\nEvaluate and deploy AppExchange packages, assessing them against business requirements, security review status, licence cost, support model and long-term maintainability.\n\n3. Integrations, APIs and operational monitoring\nOwn the operational oversight of Salesforce integrations, including interfaces with Slack and other core enterprise applications.\n\nAdminister and maintain key business integrations.\n\nEstablish effective Slack API monitoring to cover authentication failures, token or certificate expirations, API errors, rate limits, latency, message delivery failures, and unexpected usage patterns.\n\nDefine monitoring and alerting standards, with meaningful thresholds, named owners, support runbooks, escalation paths and service-level expectations.\n\nProtect integration reliability by overseeing connected apps, OAuth scopes, named credentials, integration users, event-driven services and API consumption.\n\nLead incident response and problem management, ensuring root causes are understood, corrective actions are completed and recurring failures are designed out.\n\n4. Security, access and control posture\nOwn the Salesforce security posture, working with Security, IT and Risk teams to maintain proportionate, auditable controls.\n\nDesign and maintain the org-wide sharing and security architecture, including organisation-wide defaults (OWD), role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets and permission-set groups, and field-level security.\n\nApply least-privilege access, with appropriate segregation of duties and regular remediation of accumulated or excessive entitlements.\n\nGovern identities and privileged access, including SSO and MFA (working knowledge of Okta or a comparable identity provider), service accounts, integration users, delegated administration and joiner/mover/leaver controls.\n\nLead regular security audits and access reviews to evidence least-privilege compliance and drive timely remediation of findings.\n\nPartner with IT and Security on platform audits and compliance, including SOC 2 and GDPR obligations, control evidence and audit response.\n\nReview platform risk signals, such as login anomalies, API usage, configuration changes, installed packages and connected-app behaviour, using the monitoring capabilities available in the Salesforce estate.\n\nProtect sensitive information through sound data-access design, retention controls, masking or anonymisation in non-production environments, and responsible vendor access.\n\n5. Licensing, certificates and lifecycle management\nOptimise licence usage and forecasting across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including reharvesting, right-sizing and renewal input.\n\nMonitor and manage certificate lifecycles, including SSL and SAML signing certificates, to prevent avoidable authentication or integration outages.\n\nManage connected app and OAuth lifecycles, with a maintained inventory, named owners, expiry tracking and proactive renewal ahead of failure.\n\nProvide clear cost and entitlement visibility, so licence, package and integration spend is understood, challenged and aligned to realised value.\n\n6. Delivery, release and DevOps\nOwn a transparent and prioritised delivery backlog, working with business stakeholders to clarify outcomes, value, dependencies and acceptance criteria.\n\nMaintain disciplined release management, with source control, peer review, automated or repeatable deployment, regression testing, rollback planning and release communications.\n\nExecute version-controlled releases through GitHub, using branch strategy, pull requests, peer approval and traceable change history as the standard route to production.\n\nMaintain documentation for all configuration and change management, so the estate remains understandable, auditable and supportable by more than one person.\n\nImprove platform support, using clear service measures, triage processes, knowledge articles, problem records and trend analysis.\n\nManage technical debt deliberately, making risks and trade-offs visible and ensuring remediation is planned alongside new demand.\n\nPartner effectively with vendors, holding delivery partners to clear outcomes, quality standards, documentation and knowledge-transfer commitments.\n\n7. Data quality and platform insight\nChampion trustworthy Salesforce data, including ownership, validation, duplicate management, integration reconciliation and remediation of recurring data-quality issues.\n\nProvide actionable platform insight, using dashboards and regular reporting on adoption, automation failures, API consumption, incidents, release quality, access risk and technical debt.\n\nSupport sound architecture decisions, challenging unnecessary customisation and promoting maintainable, scalable use of standard Salesforce capabilities and enterprise-level data modelling.\n\n8. AI, Agentforce and emerging capabilities\nHelp evaluate and safely adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities and adjacent enterprise AI tools where they can improve employee or customer outcomes.\n\nSupport responsible AI governance, including data access, grounding, human oversight, prompt and agent testing, monitoring, auditability and change control.\n\nContribute practical experience with Claude or comparable models, especially where AI services interact with Salesforce, Slack, knowledge content, workflows or customer data.\n\nSeparate experimentation from production readiness, ensuring AI-enabled solutions meet the same security, reliability and support standards as other business-critical capabilities.\n\nLeadership behaviours\nService-minded ownership: you treat Salesforce as a critical business service, not simply a collection of projects.\n\nWise pragmatism: you balance speed, usability, maintainability, cost and risk rather than optimising for only one dimension.\n\nConstructive challenge: you can say no, or not yet, with clear evidence and a practical route forward.\n\nCalm accountability: you take ownership when problems arise without creating blame or hiding uncomfortable facts.\n\nEnabling leadership: you give people clarity and support while building their confidence, judgement and independence.\n\nClear communication: you make technical issues understandable and keep stakeholders informed before uncertainty becomes surprise.\n\nKey working relationships\nThe role will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data and Integration teams, as well as Salesforce and specialist implementation partners.\n Essential\n7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments, with substantial hands-on responsibility for administration, configuration and operational support in a complex production environment.\n\nSalesforce Administrator certification (required).\n\nProven people leadership, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritisation and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.\n\nDeep practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including their security, automation, data and service-management implications.\n\nDeep Salesforce security expertise, covering organisation-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps and audit controls.\n\nHands-on Experience Cloud capability, including external sharing models, guest access and community configuration.\n\nProven Salesforce DevOps and change-management experience using GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request review and release governance.\n\nExperience operating API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, failure handling and coordination across technical teams.\n\nExperience managing SSL and authentication certificates and maintaining integration health.\n\nStrong declarative delivery capability, particularly Flow, data modelling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting and environment management.\n\nSound release and change-management experience, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance and production support.\n\nConfident stakeholder management, with the ability to translate between commercial priorities, user needs, technical constraints and risk.\n\nStrong solution and design judgement, with a good understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modelling.\n\nDesirable\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator certification (preferred), or other relevant credentials such as Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant or an appropriate Agentforce/AI accreditation.\n\nExperience administering Ironclad, Qualtrics and Slack CRM / Sales Elevate, or directly comparable CLM, survey and Slack-CRM tooling.\n\nAgentforce or
