In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the quality and integrity of our clients' survey data through rigorous cleaning, validation, and scrubbing processes.\nAs a senior level analyst, you will own the technical execution of the data quality lifecycle, from live fieldwork monitoring and response validation to final scrubbing, anonymisation, and data delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers and client stakeholders to ensure our datasets are clean, compliant, and ready for confident analysis.\nWhat You'll Do\nData Scrubbing & Cleaning: Lead the cleaning and scrubbing of survey data, identifying and removing duplicate, fraudulent, or low-quality responses without compromising dataset integrity.\n\nTechnical Consulting: Review client requirements and quality thresholds, advising on best practices for data validation, quota management, and respondent quality control.\n\nQuality Assurance & Testing: Conduct rigorous QA checks on incoming data to catch straight-lining, speeding, and other fraud patterns before delivery.\n\nData Validation & Compliance: Ensure data structures are clean, properly formatted, and privacy-compliant for delivery (SPSS, Excel, CSV, etc.), scrubbing or anonymizing PII in line with regulations such as GDPR.\n\nTroubleshooting & Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve data quality issues, flagging anomalies or respondent flow bottlenecks during live fieldwork.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with internal Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify quality standards and provide updates on data delivery timelines.\n\n What We’re Looking For\nExperience: 3+ years of hands-on full service project management or survey programming experience within a market research, panel, or data collection environment.\n\nPlatform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in major survey programming platforms (such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer or similar ResTech tools).\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize survey interfaces and design.
