Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.\n\nTax Planning & Advisory: Assist in the development and implementation of international tax strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and manage tax costs.\n\nTax Jurisdiction Expansion/Exit: Provide tax advisory support on entering/exiting tax jurisdictions, including evaluating tax implications, structuring considerations, and liaising with external tax advisors and local authorities.\n\nGroup Tax Initiatives: Support the Director of Tax in broader tax-related projects, including tax audits, M&A activities, and tax technology improvements.\n\nIntellectual Property (IP) Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize IP within the group, ensuring effective tax structuring and compliance with relevant tax regulations..\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to align tax strategies with overall business objectives.\n\nLegislative & Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of international tax law developments, assess their impact on the business, and provide proactive recommendations.\n\nManaging a Tax Analyst\n\n What We Are Looking For:\nACA or CTA qualified.\nStrong technical skills and experience.\nUp to date knowledge of Corporation Tax issues.\nA decisive thinker with the ability to analyze information quickly.\nProven experience and in-depth knowledge of cross border tax issues and transfer pricing.\nStrong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and global tax regulations.\nProven experience in managing transfer pricing policies and documentation.\nHands-on experience with tax compliance and reporting requirements in multiple jurisdictions.\nAbility to assess and navigate complex international tax matters and provide practical solutions.\nRelevant tax experience gained in a listed group environment.\nExperience of building strong relationships both internally and externally.\nA good team player.\n The Opportunity:\nThis is a key role within our global finance team, reporting to the Group Director of Tax.
