With our dedicated team of experienced technical professionals, Cintal aims to add value for its customers by leveraging advanced technologies to reduce product costs, shorten design and development lead times, and accelerate the introduction of high-quality products to the market.\nBENEFITS:\n10 paid holidays per year\n2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start date\nAccess to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and vision\nEligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs\n401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annually\nReimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basis\nYearly bonus based on company performance\nJOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:\nSupport the development, validation, and testing of autonomous mining and haulage systems.\nPlan, develop, and execute validation activities for MineStar products and software features.\nCreate test plans, test procedures, and validation reports to support product development and release readiness.\nValidate system functionality and performance in proving-ground and field test environments.\nInvestigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, and document complex software, hardware, and system-level issues.\nPartner with development teams to identify root causes and verify corrective actions.\nSupport integration testing involving onboard machine systems, software applications, network infrastructure, and related technologies.\nAnalyze test data and provide recommendations to improve product quality, reliability, and customer experience.\nCollaborate with software developers, validation teams, field engineers, and support teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance.\nSupport hardware and software installation, configuration, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and execute validation plans, test procedures, and test cases for autonomous mining and haulage systems.\nPerform system-level testing and validation of autonomous vehicle and fleet management features.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.\nCollaborate with software, systems, and product engineering teams to verify issue resolution and product readiness.\nSupport integration and validation of software, hardware, networking, and machine control systems.\nDocument test activities, findings, validation results, and recommendations for product improvements.\nAssist with field testing, product evaluations, and customer-focused validation activities.\nEnsure products meet quality, performance, reliability, and safety requirements prior to release.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tools, and validation methodologies.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality autonomous system solutions.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n3+ years of experience in systems engineering, testing, validation, or integration.\nExperience with software/hardware troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with autonomous systems, vehicle technologies, or industrial automation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:\nSystem-level testing, validation, and verification experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.\nExperience with software, hardware, and network integration.\nKnowledge of test planning, test execution, and defect tracking tools.\nExperience analyzing system performance and test data.\nFamiliarity with autonomous systems, vehicle technologies, or industrial automation systems.\nUnderstanding of software development and system engineering processes.\nStrong technical documentation and communication skills.\nDESIRED SKILLS:\nExperience with autonomous systems, mining equipment, or vehicle control technologies.\nFamiliarity with system integration, validation, and field testing activities.\nKnowledge of networking, communications, and diagnostic tools.\nExperience with data analysis, defect tracking, and test automation tools.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.\nExperience supporting customer-facing testing and product deployments.\nFamiliarity with safety, quality, and reliability engineering practices.\nWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
