DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:\nDesign, develop, and validate embedded software solutions for control systems and electronic products.\nCreate and execute Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test plans and test cases.\nDevelop automated test scripts and validation frameworks using Python, C++, and related tools.\nPerform software verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with functional and customer requirements.\nAnalyze test results, troubleshoot software defects, and support root cause investigations.\nWork with MATLAB/Simulink models for system development, integration, and testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including software, systems, hardware, and product engineering.\nDocument test procedures, validation reports, and technical findings.\nSupport continuous improvement of software quality, reliability, and testing processes.\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute to the development of robust releases by providing verification, validation, and technical support expertise.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMaster’s degree preferred.\n2+ years of experience in embedded software development, verification, and validation.\nExperience with embedded control systems, ECU development, or real-time software applications.\nHands-on experience with Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments.\nProficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, and validation activities.\nExperience developing automated test scripts using Python, C++, or similar programming languages.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software verification, and validation methodologies.\nExperience with debugging, root cause analysis, and defect resolution in embedded systems.\nFamiliarity with automotive, industrial,
