With our dedicated team of experienced technical professionals, Cintal aims to add value for its customers by leveraging advanced technologies to reduce product costs, shorten design and development lead times, and accelerate the introduction of high-quality products to the market.\nBENEFITS:\n10 paid holidays per year\n2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start date\nAccess to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and vision\nEligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs\n401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annually\nReimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basis\nYearly bonus based on company performance\nVisa sponsorship\n3rd shift (11pm-7am)\nJOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:\nOversee the Machine Shop and the job performances of the Machinists. \nEnsure the Machine Shop operates in full compliance with work procedures and standards. \nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible for set-up and operations of special purpose equipment, conventional (lathe and/or mill) and numeric control machines. \nProvide programming support during inspection. \nUpdate CNC programs as needed. \nCreate new or update existing manufacturing process documentation of programmed parts. \nAssist with program issues or updates needed on a promptly manner to ensure manufacturing of parts to specification, provide programming shop support. \nProvide status to Leadership with updates and documentation as needed. \nWork with Engineers, Quality and Production team members on issues that develop. \nWork with Manager and Engineering to fixture and design methods of manufacturing complex parts. \nReads, interprets, and follows pass downs, work orders, drawings, and work instructions. \nMaintain/Enforce 6S, AS9100, and standards and practices in the Machine Shop. \nAbility to handle multiple projects and to meet deadlines is required. \nComply with safety regulations for moving heavy objects and using machinery. \nEnsure work areas and kept clean and organized, free from FOD .\nAbide by Enterprises policies, training, and quality and safety practices. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBS in Engineering - Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical\n3+ years of experience\nREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:\nExperience in machining. \nExperience with operating CNC machines with 5-Axis. \nAbility to calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as, speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut. \nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in team environment. \nPossesses strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.). \nWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
