With our dedicated team of experienced technical professionals, Cintal aims to add value for its customers by leveraging advanced technologies to reduce product costs, shorten design and development lead times, and accelerate the introduction of high-quality products to the market.\nBENEFITS:\n10 paid holidays per year\n2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start date\nAccess to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and vision\nEligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs\n401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annually\nReimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basis\nYearly bonus based on company performance\nJOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:\nDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.\nLead APQP activities, PFMEA development, and control plan creation.\nSupport production, quality, and process improvement initiatives.\nTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches and process validation.\nDrive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.\nLead APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and process validation activities.\nSupport production operations and resolve manufacturing issues.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives for quality, safety, and productivity.\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product launches.\nAnalyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.\n5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.\nExperience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.\nStrong background in assembly, testing, and production support.\nExperience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.\nAutomotive or fuel systems manufacturing experience preferred.\nREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:\nKnowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Development.\nExperience with manufacturing process development, assembly, and testing.\nStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.\nExperience with process validation, production support, and quality systems.\nProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.\nStrong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nDESIRED SKILLS:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of automotive manufacturing and quality systems.\nProject management and process optimization experience.\nAbility to lead process improvement and new product launch activities.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
