Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of an assigned area or areas of the Production department, hiring and developing a high performing team, managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Will also provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nWorks independently to collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.\nEnsures that all Production systems and processes in assigned area are in place and functioning properly daily to ensure the plant is always on schedule.\nEnsures existing internal communications systems are effective and adequate - consistently monitoring and updating as needed.\nConducts simple knowledge management tasks by following established procedures to support others.\nInvestigates questions related to existing programs, processes and procedures in order to learn and understand how and why a Cintas Production facility operates and why.\nControls costs and seeks to understand all financial data by reviewing financial statements with Plant Manager daily, weekly, and monthly. Ensures that all financial aspects of the operation are conducted in a Spartan-like manner.\nNavigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify answers.\nHeld accountable to department specific KPIs during the time spent in each department.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma/GED required \nBachelor's degree strongly preferred\nAbility to relocate\nPreferred\n3 to 5 Years of management experience\nExperience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
